Session 1 | "AI & the Future-Ready Church: What We're Already Doing"

The AI Catalyst Cohort is a small, invitation-only working group for church leaders who are already leaning into AI and want to use tools in practical ways that make ministry easier and more effective. This is a peer-led, collaborative learning environment—not a class or webinar—where participants actively share, experiment, and apply AI in real ministry contexts.

The pilot cohort will include up to 15 leaders, meet bi-monthly (four sessions total), and be offered at no cost. Sessions are structured to prioritize participation, peer learning, and hands-on application, with light facilitation to provide focus and guardrails. While initial focus areas are outlined, session topics may be refined based on feedback from the first gathering to ensure relevance and practical value.

The goal of the cohort is to foster clarity, confidence, and simple, repeatable ways of working by helping leaders learn together and apply AI tools wisely in everyday ministry.

What We'll Do:

  • Use tools, not chase tools
  • Apply AI to real ministry work
  • Learn from each other
  • Build confidence through practice
  • Make things easier, not heavier
