Many pastors feel the tension: the ministry is growing, but the leadership base is not. In this breakout session, “Discovering and Developing Leaders in Your Church,” we will explore a simple, biblical pipeline for raising leaders from within your congregation.

Pastors will leave with practical ways to identify emerging leaders already in their church and a relational process for developing them into mature, reproducing leaders who strengthen the church's mission.
