Churches don’t serve communities in theory—they serve real people in real places. This Leadership Lab is a hands-on working session designed to help pastors step back, look honestly at their community, and identify practical ways to help people take a first step toward church.

Together, we’ll reflect on local context, surface assumptions that may be getting in the way, and examine how people in your community currently experience your church—both online and in person. You’ll have space to work, discuss with peers, and leave with clear, realistic next steps you can implement without overhauling everything you already do.

This session is ideal for pastors and key leaders involved in communication, outreach, and discipleship who want to lead faithfully and thoughtfully in today’s mission field.

Lunch is included.
